We look before we sell
No proposal is made before an assessment. It takes longer, and it is the reason our costings do not drift mid-project.
What is not documented does not exist
Every engagement ends with written procedures handed to the client. You must be able to run your system without us — that is the condition of a healthy relationship.
What is not tested does not work
A backup never restored, a recovery plan never rehearsed, redundancy never exercised: those are assumptions, not guarantees. We test, and we hand over the record.
Local conditions are a design constraint
Power cuts, unreliable links, procurement delays, tight budgets. We design with those realities rather than against them.
Where we are
A field team in Conakry, with remote support from the United States through KANTBUS LLC. In practice: someone can come to your site, and the expertise does not depend on a single person being there.
